just can't remember all the service provider names just let me try vodafone , airtel ,mtnl ,loop ,idea , reliance gsm , aircel , tata docomo and virgin gsm ,three more are going to come very soon etisalat,videocon , uninor.also there are 5 cdma operators in mumbai circle.mumbai circle is considered as one of the highest revenue earners for service providers.
if we look for quality service i would say that vodafone is far ahead of others with idea , airtel docomo and others following behind.The older companies are in a good command today as they are having a strong big customer base but if the number portability offers comes into existence i m sure they will be impacted the most .
